Once our inspection is completed you will receive an email within 24 hours with a link to view your report online . The report also includes other great features, such as Create Request List (CRL), this allows you and your agent to create a repair or replacement list with pictures and narrative right from the report. Once it is completed it can be saved as a pdf and attached to a repair addendum of the purchase agreement and emailed to the seller’s agent. This is a great time saving feature for your agent and you. Included also are, general home maintenance and home information book. It is a great book to help you learn about your new home and grow with it over time to keep your investment in tip top shape. General and seasonal maintenance lists, maintenance log sheets for when you or a professional performs any repairs or updates. We offer Radon Testing!!

By affiliating ourselves with Radalink, we give our clients the absolute best in radon testing. Radalink Continuous Radon Monitors (CRM) record radon concentration, temperature, barometric pressure, and relative humidity once per hour for the duration of the test. Our monitors also have a sensor that detects if the monitor has been moved or tampered with during a test.

Radon, is the second leading cause of lung cancer, and the first leading cause among non-smokers. It is a radioactive, colorless, odorless, tasteless noble gas, occurring naturally as a decay product of radium. Radon comes from the ground, and is everywhere in our atmosphere. Annual Property Review 

We believe that every house is an organic structure that is alive and like any living thing needs to be maintained to keep it healthy. To keep your home heathy and safe we recommend checking the heath of your home yearly or every two years. 

We'll examine your original inspection, look at any items of concern from it also address any new concerns you have. Help prioritize the list by using the CRL feature in your report.
